WHAT I DID AS THE SHOW’S PRODUCER:

  • Created and managed all production logistics — including budget, schedule, and festival requirements — ensuring every deadline was met and the production ran smoothly from inception to closing night.

  • Conceived and executed a full-scale marketing campaign from the ground up: partnered with a graphic designer to establish visual identity and brand voice, sourced and ordered all marketing materials, built a social media calendar, and authored all posts and email communications — resulting in packed houses, industry attendance, press coverage, and a sold-out final performance.

  • Provided creative development support throughout production, delivering script notes, lighting feedback, and directorial input, and rehearsing directly with the actor — contributing to a tighter, more cohesive final show.
